Energetyk\u00f3w 38, 44-335 Jastrz\u0119bie-Zdr\u00f3j, NIP: 6332239697, REGON: 382756064, District Court in Gliwice, X Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 000077522<\/li><li>The purpose of running a store is:<br><ul><li>enabling Customers to place Orders for Products available within the homekomfort.pl online store<\/li><li>concluding Distance Sales Agreements for Products<\/li><li>Providing customers with information about the Products available in the Store.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The use of materials placed on the site (photos, texts, graphic materials) owned by Ekosolar Sp.\nz o.o. or manufacturers of the brands offered, without the consent of the site owner is prohibited. <\/li><li>The prices of the Products on offer at the Store are given in Polish Zloty, Euro, Czech koruna and include VAT.<\/li><li>The regulations are translated into English, Slovak, Czech and Ukrainian for information purposes.\nThe leading regulations are in Polish. <\/li><\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44da26c wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"44da26c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper set-mb-s reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-default text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-l\">Rules of use of the store and conclusion of the sales contract<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24ba338 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24ba338\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>The sales contract is concluded between the Customer and Ekosolar Sp. z o.o.<\/li>\n<li>In order to start using the Store, it is necessary to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>To conclude a sales contract, you must place an Order through the Online Store.<\/li>\n<li>Orders placed in the Online Store are accepted from Monday to Sunday and processed on the next business day after the order is placed.<\/li>\n<li>The condition for placing an Order is to fill in the required data necessary for shipping or VAT invoice in the form.<\/li>\n<li>To place an Order, select a model, color and size from the list of products by adding the Product to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of an Order by the Customer constitutes an offer made by the Customer to Ekosolar Sp.\nz o.o. as to the conclusion of a Sales Contract, in accordance with the content of the Regulations. <\/li>\n<li>After the Customer places an Order, he\/she will receive a message via email containing information regarding the quantity of products, the value of the order, the selected type of delivery and payment, the order processing time and the shipping details.\nThe message constitutes confirmation that the Store has received the Customer&#8217;s purchase offer. <\/li>\n<li>The Customer receives a confirmation of acceptance of the Order to the indicated e-mail address, upon receipt of the aforementioned.\nAfter receiving the above confirmation, the Sales Agreement of the Products ordered by the Customer is concluded. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4162e0c wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" wd-fontsize-l\">Delivery<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de87e89 elementor-widget class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lead time given in the order summary is 1-7 business days.<br>In exceptional situations, the lead time is confirmed individually with the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland through cooperating courier companies.\nThe expected delivery time is 1 working day from the day following the shipment.\nThe total and maximum delivery time of the Order should not exceed 7 working days.\nThe start of processing of the Order may be delayed until the amount of the sales price is credited to the Store's bank account.   <\/li>\n<li>Each shipped item is accompanied by a proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>When receiving a shipment delivered by a courier, the Customer, should check the condition of the external packaging of the shipment.\nIn case of damage to the package of the consignment, the Customer should draw up a damage report with the supplier of the consignment, in two identical copies signed by the Customer and the courier. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>The customer pays for the ordered products:<br>a) in cash at the place of delivery (cash on delivery),<br>b) by bank transfer before delivery.\nc) via payment operators such as PayU <\/li>\n<li>If you choose the payment method by bank transfer, the store waits for payment for 7 days, after which the order will be canceled.\nThe processing of the order begins after receipt of payment for the goods. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
