Will I receive the same product as in the pictures?

We strive to use current product photos from our inventory. This ensures that what you see in the pictures reflects the actual appearance and condition of the offered products. We strive to make our photographs as accurate and detailed as possible so that you can make an informed choice. However, in some cases, there may be slight differences due to monitor settings or production processes. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our customer service department.

Where can I see order information?

You can check order information at any time by logging into your account on our website. After logging in, go to the 'My Account' section and then select the 'Orders' tab. There you will find a detailed overview of your current and previous orders, including fulfillment statuses, product details, and payment and shipping information. Additionally, after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that also contains all the key information about your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service department is always ready to help.

How can I return a product?

Returning a product in our store is simple and in accordance with applicable law. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Return Notification: Within 14 days of receiving the product, inform us of your decision to return it by sending an email to: [adres e-mail] or by using the return form available on our account.

  2. Preparing the product: Make sure the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

  3. Shipping the product: Pack the product securely and send it to our company's address. Remember to include proof of purchase and the completed return form.

  4. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund you within 14 days to the account used for payment. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

When will products marked as 'out of stock' be available?

We make every effort to replenish out-of-stock products as quickly as possible. The waiting time for a product to become available again may vary depending on the supplier and the specifics of the item. It usually takes from a few days to a few weeks.

To which countries can I order goods?

Our products can mainly be ordered to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. However, we also fulfill orders to most European countries. Whether you are in Austria, France, Spain, or another European country, we will gladly deliver our products to your place of residence.

During the checkout process, you will be able to select your delivery country from the list of available options. If your country is not on the list, please contact our customer service department and we will try to find an individual solution for you.
