Returns Policy
Ekosolar Sp. Ltd. respects your consumer rights and makes every effort to make the product return process as clear and simple as possible. This return policy complies with applicable laws and the company’s internal standards.
Return Notification
Within 14 days of receiving the product, inform us of your decision to return by sending an e-mail to: info@homekomfort.pl or using the return form available on our account.
Return Procedure:
- Make sure the product is intact, unused and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase and a completed return form.
- Pack the product safely and send it back to our company address: Ekosolar Sp. z o.o., ul. Energetyków 38, 44-335 Jastrzębie-Zdrój.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund your money within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Complaints Policy
In case of a defective or damaged product, you have the right to file a complaint.
Complaint Procedure:
- Contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect by sending an e-mail to: reklamacje@homekomfort.pl with a description of the problem and pictures of the product.
- Upon receipt of your complaint, we will contact you within 7 business days with information on next steps.
- If the complaint is accepted, we offer to repair, replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price.
Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
Procedure for Withdrawal from the Agreement:
- Inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an e-mail to: info@homekomfort.pl or using the cancellation form available on our account.
- Send back the product intact, unused and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund your money within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Maximum Order Fulfillment Date
The maximum lead time is 30 working days from the date of order confirmation. In case of delays, we will immediately inform you of the new expected delivery date. We would like to point out that we make every effort to complete the order as soon as possible (up to a few days).

- Entities performing installation services, drawing up design and technical documentation.

You have the right to:
- access to their data, including obtaining a copy of it,
- request for rectification of data,
- deletion of data (in certain situations),
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,

- to withdraw consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes,

Data Storage
Personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract and for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, and thereafter for the period required by law, including tax and accounting regulations.
